Who We Are

The Center for Living and Learning is a private non-profit Residential Treatment Facility on a 30-acre farm in Franklin, TN, housing adults who experience severe and persistent mental illnesses. We provide 24-hour residential care and job training in a therapeutic environment with emphasis on the highest level of functioning and independent living.

Residential Support

The Center for Living and Learning’s residential program provides 24-hour care and supervision for adults experiencing major mental illness. We use a customized approach to help each resident reach their highest level of functioning.

Vocational Training

Trainees in the Center for Living and Learning’s vocational program prepare to work independently through vocational lessons and on-site work experience. As trainees demonstrate appropriate skills on a consistent basis, we begin the process of job placement.

Psychiatric Care

The Center for Living and Learning provides comprehensive psychiatric care for adults age 21 and older who have been struggling with one or more mental health disorders. Our mental health program for adults features personalized services provided by a team of experienced and compassionate professionals in a safe and highly supportive environment.
